The pound does not always perform well across the board. Even when it does well in some quarters, it can still turn up some shocking results elsewhere. We will find out just this on this occasion.

We know the pound does better some weeks as opposed to others. However this week would not produce excellent results throughout. In fact it would be much more involved than that, as we are about to see.
